So I started eight Grade three years ago and in the middle of the year, my family decided to move to the Philippines. I've studied in HS for three years now. The things is my folks are deciding to move back to America next year. I'll be returning to the US without a GS diploma and HS diploma. I'm a junior now. If I go back what year could I possibly be? Will I have to start back at 8th grade. I looked everywhere on the net and I couldn't find an answer.
How will the US Department of Education deal with this case?
