When you get to basic you will give your Drill Sergeants your parents address and they will send them a letter letting them know when to show up and where they can stay at. They will also tell you and you can relay this information to your parents through your letters.
Have your parents talk to your recruiter. My mom talked to my brother's recruiter when he joined the marines. He answered all her questions. They'll be able to help your mom out a ton.
