How will I be penalized in court over €25000 tax arrears?

I will be summoned to court for €25,000 Tax Arrears that I don't have money to pay, do they have the authorities to make me sell my house or car to pay this? What is the Irish/Uk law system on this type of case?
If you have legal background to explain it would be great or if you know someone that went through the same please share your story, so I can sleep well and get this burden off my head
 
After some time of trial and error, I finally created an income of over 1000 bucks per day. Funny thing, it was pretty simple, I just didn't have the right information or support.
