how/where can i find instrumental songs that are played in restaurants/fast food places?

Yesterday I went to Round Table Pizza, and one of the songs played there was a flamenco one. I fell in love with it. I wanted to ask one of the employees there, but they wouldn't know because they have to pay for their music in some place...and the song title and artist don't show. right?

is there anyway i can find it? thanks
