Does my laptop have the required hardware specs to play it at mid-high settings without too much lag?

Specs are btw: 2.13 Ghz Intel Centrino 2
4 gb installed ddr2 ram
1gb ati radeon 4650 graphics card
Windows Vista HPrem. 32 bit
