Listen, i am asking in mass, not density, i dont care how dense the item is it will make no difference i just want to know if you know how many punds of decor will displace 2.2 gallons, and as for the other question, either answer it and have a good time or dont even bother
Sorry wrong answer to 2nd answerer, no matter how large something is doesnt effect the mass unless the item is dense, a small 1 pound rock is exactly the same as a extra large 1 pound rock, just the larger one will take up more space, trust me, i got 98% on my mass/density/volume and such test so dont mess
 
1) No clue ... don't go near it. Just know there are a few places it approaches 5 miles.
2) Gills and Labyrinth organ .... don't recall the "fancy" names.
3) I have charts for it ... and I "eyeball" them.You did ask how I do it.
4)900+# Sturgeon are pretty big,so are Arapaima,Mekong Giant Catfish and Giant Freshwater Ray ... we talking weight,length,or diameter/girth here?
5) Which Oscar? .... it's a "common" name for the genus Astronotus.
Astronotus ocellatus (although it can be -um or -is depending on the reference),Astronotus crassipinnis,or Astronotus orbicularis.All get called Oscar in someway when they hit the "market".
6)8.35 pounds ... got weak floors so got to know that one.
7) As many as it takes .... I'm just happy knowing that 1 pound of gravel per gallon makes a 1" substrate.

bad question...a denser object vs a less dense object with the same volume will weigh more pounds, but will displace the same amount of water.

that is exactly my point. if a 1 pound rock can take up different amounts of volume, how do you know how much water each pound of rock will displace?
and 98 on such a simple test is nothing...d=m/v, big deal
