How well can the ATi Radeon HD 5770 play games at 1920x1080 resolution?

Because the GDDR5 SDRAM is 128bit how well will it perform with games like GTA IV and Mafia II at 1920x1080 resolution?

My specs are:
AMD Athon II x4 630
4GB DDR3 RAM
nVidia GeForce 210
