How was your experience with www.mauijeep.com? Any other good jeep rental places in...

...Maui? I want to rent a jeep while we're on Maui for 4 days later this month. A travel agency told me there are no legal jeep renting companies that allow you go to "off-roading". www.mauijeep.com touts that Off-Roading is OK with their rentals. Has anyone rented with them before? Any recommendations? Are they a legal company, and does it matter?
 
It's 'On Maui' not in Maui. and yes they're ok. just not as many rentals now due to economy. bigge rental co. have decreased their fleet, ao people are using th smaller ones now.
