Trained him for 5 yrs.
-Only ate protein/milk, now has great body and more importantly better health.
-Lifts 223lbs, which is exactly how much he weights! He's very strong.
-His time on the 40 yard dash was 5.1 seconds, which means he's very fast for his AGE!
His dream is to be in the NBA!
