How unfreeze motorola rokr u9?

Hi there,
my motorola rokr u9 cell just froze out of nowhere for the first time while I was sending a message. I know the way to unfreeze it is to remove the batteries. But how do I do that?
Please give me details.

Hi,i too had the same problem with my motorola mobile and i used unlock code to unfreeze my mobile and i got code from this site superunlockcodes.com and it worked well for me.you can also try it and unfreeze your mobile.
