hello there..
i joined the gym a week ago, and I am enjoying. i go there 5 days a week. somebody told me that i quit going to gym i will gain weight much more than i had before.. how true is it? and is it normal to lose 3 lbs in a week or i need to try harder?
I am not over weight, i just want to lose weight. thanks.
