first u have to check weather driver is install properly. to check go to computer right click go to properties and select device manager, where u can see which is device is not install, install them properly alway green colored pin belows to speaker & pink coloured for mic,

if still problem check the speaker and mic controller by double clicking the speaker icon in control panel,
hope now all the problem will be solute
