How to you remove photos from your iphone but save them on itunes?

I do not want to completly delete the photos, I just want to take them off my iphone and put them on my itunes to free up space.
 
ok well u cant really put them on itunes
but what u can do is save them on your cpu
now if u have a MAC its gna be in your iphoto as a digital camera and u can drag and drop the pictures
-if u have windows connect ur iphone the auto play thingy should pop up and say that a apple camera is connected so just drag and drop to a folder on the cpu
