How to you add music onto Sharp Fx Phone?

I recently wanted to add music onto my sharp fx phone. I installed the driver and connected the usb cord to my computer. However, my phone doesn't show up in "MyComputer" How do I add songs?
I have a HP dm4-2070us laptop with Windows 7 service pack 2
