hi everyone.
i wish to learn to generate codes for mods and applications for dolphin. but i m unsure where to start form ....
can anyone tell which computer language is most important thing to create mods ??
i have some knowledge oh HTML, JAVA etc. but i have never done anything like this. but i do wish to learn if anyone can provide some information that will be really appreciated.
