How to waive court fees.?

I know that their is a way to waive the filing fees when chaning custody in michigan, does anyone know wehre i can find more info on that or the paprers i would need to fill out??
 
The forms are held by all courts. Waiving of fees for indigents is part of the 6th amendment guaranteeing everyone access to the courts.

Fill the forms out and a judge will review them and decide if you qualify for waiving of fees.

If you fudge or lie on the forms, the judge will convict you of perjury and that will have an affect on whether or not he will believe you during your custody hearing.
