How to view RSS in the message body in Apple Mail?

I have been using Thunderbird until recently. I just recently started using Apple Mail. In Thunderbird when one of my RSS feeds sent me a message, I could click on the title/header and it would display the contents of that message in the reading pane. On Mail however, when I click on the message header, it just displays "Click here to read more" and I have to click on that link, which open Safari and then I can read the message. Is there a way to have the message displayed in the reading pane instead of opening Safari?
