How to use word as a WYSIWYG editor and to switch to view the html code then back to wysiwyg?

I am using word as a wysiwyg web editor and I want to change some things in the html code then switch back to wysiwyg editing. how do I do that. I am not web savy at all but I do understand some basic html and I want to change the pointers for the images I'm using to the site where they are located on the internet so that when I upload the finished web page it will be able to find the pictures on the net. But I'm not fluent enough to write the whole web site in html, I rely on a wysiwyg for the rest. Is there a way to view the html in word when you have set it up as a wysiwyg? I know there use to be in word95 (shows you how old my web editing skills are) :-)
Thanks for any help you can give.
