Here's my situation...I want to be able to buy things online from places like Amazon, Barnes&Nobles, Jinx clothing, etc. I do not have a normal credit card, and don't want to fuss with them so I want to use either a Visa Gift Card or possibly a Pre-paid debit card instead. I read through the Visa web-site, but it's not exactly clear when it comes to certain things. I need to know EXACTLY how I register the card so I can use it for online purchases, and if I need to already have some form of a credit card in order to buy and put money on the gift card on it in the first place.
