How to use the Nesoid Lite app for Android?

mmkay, so I have an HTC Hero(Sprint) and I just heard about this app. I thought it was interesting so i got it and now i need to get some ROMs....the thing is, i've been to a few websites and got some on my SD card but when i try them, it would either say, "no appropriate files in this folder" or "Load ROM failed, Try another file" yeah, one of them is a .zip file and i tried extracting it, yeah, no use...I got the Linda File manager thing and that didn't really help...i even tried getting some with my phone's browser, that didn't work either...*sigh* got any ideas on how to use this? Please help...
 
Ok, so you go to a website like www.coolrom.com ... NESoid uses original nintendo ROMS, so look for nintendo ROMS. Download them to your computer. save them in a folder and unzip the file to your dektop. once it is there, connect your phone to the computer and mount it (it should be an option in the notification bar). Once its mounted, drag the unzipped file onto your SD card (you can also just make a folder with your NES roms in it). Once you're done with that, go to the app and find the game and it should run
