How to use spirit card for activation

hey guys can u tell me in details steps to unlock iphone
I have problem that i have restored my iphone to 3.1.3 original firmware (not custom)
than i insert spirit card to activate iphone but It continuously show
" Waiting for activation" even My internet is conected also phone wifi is also connected but still IT only show me "waiting for activation"

also i wana know that by doing which process i insert " spirit card " and when i insert " normal sim card"

man try to use redsn0w_win_0.9.5b5-3 if it's 3g not 3gs
it will solve ur problem about activating
 
if you have restore your phone to v3.1.3 so your phone is 3g ,
now you must jailbreak it with redsn0w_win_0[1].9.5b5-5 then inlock it
with wifi install repo666.ultras0w.com ,or without wifi

i have tried this method
restore with original firmware
and jailbreak frm redsn0w
than unlock by using ultrasn0w 0.93 version
but it shows "No service" but some times it shows network but most of the the time it shows "no service"
so thats why i wana use new method by using Spirit card or One sim card method as follows
restore with original 3.1.3
thn use spirit card to activate but my iphone only shows " waiting for activation" but it not activate iphone ..
