how to use photo shop ?

im using photoshop to do a collage and put pictues together
for a project.
but i dont know how to cut, and paste the pictues together.
i heard i could also use some effects but somehow
i cant find it in the website.

i need your help.
i really appreciate it.

There are tons of online tutorials for Photoshop. There are literally thousands of things you can do. It is a sophisticated program and we suggest a couple of college night classes to help you get a handle on it. That will save you a lot of time and muddling.
