I'm not familiar with Microsoft Publication, in fact, I've never heard of it. I use Front Page, Dreamweaver or FTP to publish my sites (depending on which server they're on). Are you sure you don't mean Publisher? Anyway, regardless of what program you're using, the company that is hosting your website should be able to help you and let you know why your site isn't publishing.
