how to use a t-mobile fastcard?

Now, I just bought a t-mobile togo fastcard and I call the number on the card and it asks for my number. It then transfers me to a t-mobile togo customer service. From there, the automated systems tells me that I have to call the number on the card.. I'm getting sent in circles. what am I suppose to do?
