How to use a built-in web cam on a Dell?

OK.....My Dell Latitude D830 has an integrated web cam below the screen. Unfortunately, the web cam is not working. I have tried searching my computer for any downloads that could be useful, but no luck. PLEASE HELP THANK YOU

i had to enable mine in control panel and in the hardware section
