The cord is connected to both phone and computer and the pop up asks if I want to copy files with windows media or do nothing. When I click the first the screen goes to windows media and nothing happens or appears. When I click do nothing- I can't find the phone under 'My Computer'. I could find it before on my laptop- but even then there was no way to copy the pictures from my phone to computer.
Also, the phone won't recognize the mini chip in it....any suggestions?
I can't email them to myself because my phone won't let me view most of the photos anymore/send them because there's no more memory on the phone. -_-
Also when I plug in my phone- a screen on the computer says: found new hardware and wants to try to install updates....but it can't find any for my phone.
