How to upload html code?

Hi , I have done my website via Microsoft Expression Web (Frontpage) and now I am wondering how can I upload it to a free hosting service like Webs.com and Weebly.com.
I've tried by opening the homepage.htm via notepad ,copied the html code and putted to webs/weebly , but it didnt worked.
Please help
 
First, you have to determine if your hosting provider allows FTP. If it does this I can help, may be. ;)

I use FrontPage 2003, but that is all I need. I'll try to be broad with the links so that you can infer on what I am trying to point you to.

In your editor look for something in File, Tools, or near the bottom of the windows that say "Remote Web Site"

Find a way to edit the remote website properties.

Find where it is asking for the ftp server and type in "ftp://hostingprovider"

It should be another pop-up that asks for your username and password
