how to upgrade my blackberry bold 9000 software from 4.6 to 5.0.668 , cannot do it with desktop manager always show me error or need data plan to upgrade, can i do it manually with out desktop manaher , thnx?

Sure you can... Just download latest os of your phone... run setup... Then open AppsLoader and upload that os in your phone...

delete vendor.xml and launch loader...

i download latest firmware and install, delete vendow xml but when launch loader and click next now show new OS not show nothing to update , why?
