my isp is prodigy.net sbc yahoo 56k dial-up. I get e-mail from them into outlook express. It cannot deliver my mail. It downloads until it gets to message 128 then hangs. I want to upgrade to a faster dsl connection so the slow dial-up won't make my e-mail time out. My phone provider is Windstream, formerly Iowatelecom. It is also in a rural area.
