I have a Samsung GT-S8300T mobile phone.
Recently I have been having issues with it, and the person at the Telstra shop told me to download a firmware update to the phone from the Samsung website.
...there's one problem, and that's the fact that I cannot find any sort of firmware/software update download links anywhere on the Samsung website.
Without this, I have no real way of fixing my phone.
Does anybody know how to update mobile phone firmware from the Samsung website?
I would appreciate any help that could be given, thank you
