Please, I want to unlock my BB 7230 and I live in Nigeria, I have the USB cable. But i don't how to unlock my BB. Please who so ever that has the software or knows how to unlock the BB should help me.

No software will let you unlock it via data cable, that I know of. Try one of the unlocking solutions found in this thread: http://blackberryforums.rabroad.com/809-unlock_8700s_for_price.html I know it says for 8700's but the places online can unlock most models. Good luck!

You will both need to contact a service that has access to the unlock codes. There are several, and I think the link provided by hydn as some of them listed.

I assume you want to unlock your BB to use on any carrier?

Sorry - but there is no set code to unlock your BB. You have to get it from your carrier or a 3rd party service (see the links above)

I have a 7230 going on it's 3rd year. It is wornout. A friend gave me his 7230 which was used for a week. I use TMobile and he had AT&T. Nobody will give me the unlock code does anybody have it? Thanks MC
