how to unlock t-mobile samsung so that a tesco sim card can go in it?

okay so i want to put a tesco mobile sim card in a samsung phone but its locked to t-mobile, and i want to put a t-mobile sim card in a phone thats locked to tesco? anyone know a website where i can get the code to unlock both phones? thankyou !! xx
