how to unlock sony ericsson K800i?

Hi,

I have just been given a sony ericsson K800i which is locked to O2 (UK), the phone has been wiped as if new, when i turn on the phone it asks for an unlocking code which i cant find on the box, i have an o2 sim but nothing changes
