How to unlock/activate my Motorola Droid for verizon?

i ordered it online with another phone number in my family but im activating it with my
phone number but when i try to activte it online it says the its a wrong MIED number and it doesnt
go through, so i went to the verizon store and the lady there told me i would activate it but
i need to unlock it first she said that theres a yellow paper in the box my phone came it
and call that number so i can activate it but when i got home i only found 2 white papers where it
had the price of the phone and i did not find a yellow paper, is there anyway i can activate my
phone?

you probablly already do this but do *228 thats how you activate new phones.
