How to Unlock a Motorola Razr from cingular to T-mobile?

I've been looking around to see if there's a way to unlock a cingular motorola razr but they all want me to pay, I dont want to do that for obvious reasons, (i dont trust websites with my personal info)
Is there a way to unlock it without having to pay for it??
 
as far as I know free codes does not unlock your phone, so even if you would find a unlock code or whatever you'd have to spend some money.
You can purchase one online for real cheap. I got mine unlocked yesterday, you can google for unlock code companies, here is a reputable one http://www.unlock-zone.com/, best is they support Paypal
which is safe for buyer to use as a payment method and also their customer support is outstanding.
