I am trying to transfer my essay from open office to microsoft word and every time I touch a key it tells me "this modification is not allowed because the selection is locked" how do I unlock it?? I have the code, everything is official, it is not a trial version. its getting me frustrated I really need this program to start working or my literature teacher is going to have my head :/
yes I just typed in the key # thing it told me if I wanted to download it again, I said yes. it gave me the option of whether downloading it normally or custom.. I know nothing about the soft wear so I just put it in as normal not custom. still, I have the same problem someone help pllzzzz
