Okay well I dowloaded custom content on the sims 3 and everything was fine. One day I dowload this Lady Gaga hair and when I started the game it wouldn't go passed the second loading screen. LIke it would move about an inch and then completely stop. I uninstalled every single sims 3 thing on my comuter, icluding the custom content, and the game, and then reinstalled it. I then started the game and it went through the second loading screen but it took like an hour. It previously took about 30 seconds. When I was in the game, it was unbearably slow and I went to create a sim and ALL of my custom content not downloaded from thesims3.com was still there. How can I get rid of it and get my game back to normal!?
