How to uninstall custom content in sims 3?

So I downloaded a mod to help max out your skills from modthesims.com. It turns out that this DOES NOT WORK. I've tried searching EVERYWHERE on how to delete this custom content i've even uninstalled the whole game and the custom content still appears....does anyone know how to delete it????????
