How to Undo Jailbreak please?

I did a Jailbreak in my ipod I try to restore it on Itunes but when I connect it the Ipod flips out and the computer doesn't recognize the Ipod I need to undo it. HELP PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
