How to unblock Private Phone Calls On cellphone?

Ive been getting at least10 restricted calls a day to my phone and I really need to know who it is but I dont want to go through the hassle of calling my phone carrier or having police involved. I already know about trapcall.com but I need something that is FREE because trapcall is no longer free..So does anyone know of anything I can do?? PLEASE HELP
