I'm so new to Blackberry phone, and I've recently been given away a Bold 9700. There is a tutorial keeps popping up and running every 30 seconds; no matter what I am doing with the phone or I am not. When this tutorial is playing, I push the either the red button or the return button, it brings me to the black screen say "Select the category". Under this line is "Discover Blackberry". I push the menu button, and it scrolls up the menu shows 4 options to "Disable the Demo mode", "Disable PIM demo", "Download Media", "Update Application", and "Go to web", then they ask me for the password if i ever choose one of those options.
I don't have this password, and i did try to master wipe the phone, and it is still not working. Really this tutorial has been driving me nut for the last 2 days. Please help!! Thanks a lot
