How to turn off 3g and make Wifi default for windows mobile 6.5 HTC touch

Pro 2 applications? I have a windows mobile 6.5 on my HTC touch pro 2 and everytime I try to either open my email or search the web my 3g network will come on. I dont have 3g so everytime I have to shut it off and put wifi on. Does anyone know the steps to make wifi the "default" and turn on for all my apps that would use the internet? Thanks.
