How to turn of air bag light in 2003 Honda Civic?

To clean my car I took all seats out, front two seats had two quick disconnect wires (I guess link between seat belt and air bag) I did start the car with out seats in (to charge battery) when I reconnected everything, air bag light came on. Now its on as soon I turn the key. I connected OBD II tool and there is no codes, I tried to clear it anyways. Did not help. I borrowed my neighbors OBD tool but same results. HOW DO I TURN IT OFF? PLEASE DON’T TELL MY TO GO TO DEALER!!! Thanks
