How to turn decimal to radical, complex mode, sharp el-w506?

uhm, I've had this calculator for a long time time now but this is the first time we're using the complex mode.

when i enter a complex number with a radical sign in it, it always ends up a decimal when i press enter(or equals).

Also, i don't know how to enter a fraction while in complex mode.

help please? thanks a lot. :)
