How to turn bluetooth on my computer?

I have a laptop, acer aspire 5315. I can't find bluetooth on my computer, is there a way to download bluetooth on my laptop for free? And then I need to find out how to turn the bluetooth on so I can put music on my phone.
 
You must check on your laptop box or with Acer website to see if there is actually bluetooth is on your laptop.

Bluetooth is actually a hardware device, meaning to have bluetooth on your laptop, it requires a physical chip on your laptop. Bluetooth can't be installed via software onto your computer.

Once you know if you actually have bluetooth on your laptop, further question can be answered
