Being descriptive and precise would be helpful here. Are you tuning it for use as a monitor or tv? Technically these days you dont need to tune a tv, i take it its digital you have? freeview or alike? You may will have to tune that to a certain channel, i.e 6 on your tv. For a monitor, once plugged into either a hdmi socket or the dva plug of the monitor and computer it should play on the screen. As I say, being more descriptive of what your tuning would be helpful!
