When I plugged my USB into my MAC, nothing happened although it started to charge.
When I pushed "sync music" nothing happened... i waited 45 minutes for it to connect and nothing happened
When I connected it to Bluetooth it wouldn't let me send over the files, it gave me a notice saying:
"Failed to establish connection to device. Another application is transferring data with the device and it may not accept addional connections" and my only option is to close.
HELP!
