I have a bunch of mp3 files that I would like to convert to ring tones. I have the files sized the way I want them, but I am having trouble getting them into the right media format. What format are ringtones in? My phone is a Samsung SCH-U460. I do have a memory card and a USB jack for the card, and I have all my files synced to the card.
