How to transfer contacts from sony ericsson pc suite to computer...?

I have a sony Ericsson set W910i. I want to save my contacts from mobile to computer. I have sony ericsson pc suite software in which i have saved all my contacts... now i want to transfer the contacts from pc suite to excel or any other format...... Can any one suggest me any means by which i can save my contacts to system.... plz
