How to transfer a .mp3 ringtone to LG RUMOR TOUCH and assign it as Ringtone?

And don't say Ventones. Because it wont send to my phone and when I go to the url on my phone there's no way to download it.
VENTONES DOESNT WORK FOR ME. I SAID THAT.
